Siquijor Governor Jake Vincent Villa personally delivered supplies aimed at enhancing water and electricity access for residents of Barangay Gabayan in the municipality of Lazi. The project supplies, worth PHP639,000, were formally turned over during the visit. Governor Villa highlighted the significance of the initiative, stating, "We turned over PHP639,000 worth of supplies for water and electricity in Brgy. Gabayan, Lazi." He further noted the residents' gratitude, adding, "This was received by the residents of Brgy. Gabayan with their warm thanks, because it is a great help to their family." The governor's visit was accompanied by Lazi Mayor Mucho Largo and Councilor Junjun Etom, who joined in the handing over of the supplies and engagement with the community.
