Pasay Mayor Emi Calixto-Rubiano marked the 10th anniversary of the President Corazon C. Aquino National High School (PCANHS) as a significant milestone. Reflecting on her tenure as a House of Representatives member, she recalled her advocacy for the legislation that founded the school located in Maricaban, Pasay. This initiative culminated in the enactment of Republic Act 11076, officially establishing PCANHS.

Rubiano expressed pride in having contributed to the school's creation and extended her congratulations to the institution on reaching a decade of service. She emphasized the school's role in nurturing students who are driven, empathetic, and patriotic.

She further stated, "Mabuhay ang President Corazon C. Aquino National High School! Mabuhay ang mga guro, mag-aaral, at buong pamayanan na patuloy na nagbibigay-buhay sa diwa ng edukasyon." This message underscored her support for teachers, students, and the entire community dedicated to advancing education at PCANHS.
