Actress and TV host Kim Chiu recently revealed insights into her challenging weeks while addressing circulating rumors of a dispute with her older sister, Lakam. Through her Instagram account on Sunday, August 24, Kim shared glimpses of her daily life, balancing professional duties and personal moments.

She documented her busy schedule, which included filming, exercising, and spending time with close friends such as Bela Padilla and her romance series co-star Paulo Avelino. "Life lately," Kim captioned one of her posts, expressing a mix of candidness and gratitude.

Currently in Cebu, her hometown, Kim noted she has been there for nearly a month shooting a new romance-suspense series titled "The Alibi," in which she stars alongside Avelino. Reflecting on the emotional weight of being home, she remarked, "where so many memories live."

Acknowledging the difficulty of managing both her career and personal matters, Kim expressed appreciation for the support she has received. "The past weeks have been a tough juggle between work and personal life, but I’m beyond grateful for everyone who’s been there for me through it all," she stated.

She concluded her message with a hopeful note: "Taking it one day at a time, trusting that everything unfolds in His will," choosing not to elaborate further on her personal situation.

Speculation about tension between Kim and her sister surfaced earlier this month after fans noticed they had unfollowed each other on Instagram. Additional comments from Kim about needing space fueled these rumors. As of now, neither sister has publicly addressed the situation.
