Llanera Launches Supplemental Feeding Program to Boost Child Nutrition

Mayor Marilou L. Pascual of Llanera, Nueva Ecija, recently inaugurated the MALOU-SOG Supplemental Feeding Program, designed to enhance the nutritional health of children in the community. The program was officially launched in Barangays Bagumbayan and San Felipe as part of the activities commemorating National Children’s Month.
The Llanera Nutrition Office highlighted the mayor’s active participation and dedication to advancing the well-being of local youth through this initiative. Expressing gratitude, the office stated, "We extend our heartfelt thanks to all partners who contributed to the successful launch of this program."
They further emphasized the importance of collective effort, saying, "It is through unity, compassion, and collaborative action that this program has achieved meaningful impact for our children’s welfare." The feeding program seeks to provide supplemental meals to children, aiming to address nutritional deficiencies and support their overall growth and health in Llanera.
